Program Leadership

Child360’s Program Leadership Consultants (PLCs) support directors of early learning programs and work with them to strengthen their leadership and management skill sets.  The director’s leadership is a vital component of the program and drives the quality of both staff development and child education.

The Research & Evaluation department describes the work and initiatives of PLCs, reports on learning center outcomes, and provides feedback to improve the program’s design and approach.
