We kick off the month of April celebrating young children through the annual “Week of the Young Child”, hosted by our friends at the National Association for the Education of Young Children. In addition to this celebration, we at Child360 also celebrate early educators who are making a difference in these children’s lives. Most of us can agree, that all we want for our children is to be happy, healthy, and thriving and placed onto a similar path towards adulthood. These classroom heroes are truly the most beloved, noble, and important educators in our children’s lives.
Every year, Child360 hosts the Early Educator of the Year awards, a prestigious award to honor outstanding early educators in Los Angeles County – ranging from infant-toddler teachers to preschool teachers, at every program type including early learning sites and family childcare homes. The nomination period is now officially open, and we encourage you to nominate an outstanding early educator today!
Long before I joined the Child360 family, I’ve had an overall appreciation for the education field—my mother was a teacher, and I vividly remember observing my mom’s dedication to her students, even paying for school supplies out of her own pocket. She had an unwavering love for these children, and no matter what she did, it was never for her own glory but for her students.
Whether there’s an early educator in your community, classroom, or – if that educator is you – Child360 wants to hear your story!
Click here to nominate. Feel free to spread the word to friends and colleagues, encouraging them to visit Child360’s website, or by forwarding this email.
Please join me in saying thank you to the astounding, educators who continually go above and beyond for our children.
